Shipping Policy

At Keycardservice, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process.

Delivery Time
If the key code you provide is correct, the estimated delivery time is 5–15 days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal conditions.

Shipping Service
All orders are shipped via PostNL, our trusted delivery partner within the Netherlands and abroad.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please make sure all information — including your key code and delivery address — is correct before confirming.

Address or Key Code Changes
Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address or key code may not be possible. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it if your order has not yet been processed.

Multiple Keys per Order
You can order multiple keys in one order, as long as each key code is entered correctly during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our support team. We will assist in tracking your shipment through PostNL.
