Refund policy

At Keycardservice, every key is custom-made based on the key code you provide. Because of this, returns are not possible for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Incorrect Key
If your key does not fit or is defective due to a manufacturing error, you may return it for replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the key.

After we confirm the defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items
All custom-made keys are unique and produced specifically for your key code. For this reason, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for reasons such as incorrect key code entry, change of mind, or ordering the wrong type of key.
